These terms apply when you use Rumpelstiltskin Video at rumpelstiltskinvideo.org. By creating an account or buying videos you agree to them.

What the service does

Rumpelstiltskin Video makes a short AI video that recreates the viral Rumpelstiltskin tiptoe barn scene with the two people in the photos you upload. Videos are generated automatically by an AI model. They can contain visual errors, faces that resemble the photos only loosely, or details that differ from the trend clip. Review every video before you share it.

Rumpelstiltskin Video is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with the 1987 film Rumpelstiltskin or The Cannon Group, the creators of the original AI clip, TikTok, or Riff Raff.

Consent for photos

You may upload only photos you are allowed to use, and only of adults who have agreed to appear in the video. Before each video you confirm this. Do not upload photos of public figures, of children, or of anyone who has not agreed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to impersonate, mock or harass a real person, to create sexual content, or to depict minors.
• Do not present a video as real footage of a real person; label it as AI-generated where a platform asks you to.
• Do not try to bypass safety checks, rate limits or payment.

We may decline videos, suspend accounts that break these rules, and remove content when required by law or when a person shown asks us to.

Your videos

As between you and us, you may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial posting such as TikTok, Reels and Shorts. The scene recreates a viral clip made by others and the trend sound belongs to its rights holders, so you are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post on. If you choose the trend sound, it is included for your personal use only; for any other use choose No song and add licensed music.

Purchases, videos and refunds

Videos are prepaid units: one video pays for one finished 12-second clip, as shown on the pricing page. A video is charged only when it finishes; failed or declined videos are returned to your balance. Videos do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except that unused videos from a purchase can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of that purchase.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available or that a model or feature stays the same. We may change models, limits and prices; changes to prices do not affect videos you already bought.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
